The Kobold Chieftain is one of the floor bosses of The Tower and one of the easiest bosses in it, only marginally stronger than the Guard Captain. Either it or the Guard Captain will be the first boss encountered on any new tower block.
It uses the same attack patters as regular Kobolds and Teleport towards the player for attacking. A group of Kobolds accompanies it.
He can be easily stunned with Dispel.
